UTS Broadway FEIT

Nilsen NSW Contracting has completed UTS Broadway FEIT for Lend Lease on the 23rd May 2014. Since our contract completion with Lend Lease, Nilsen has been engaged by UTS direct to provide move in adjustments and alterations requested by the faculty that have enhanced our reputation with the client. We have had one tradesman consistently on site with the addition of an apprentice as necessary. The tradesman selected was Russell Topp who is recently out of his time as a 4th year, it has been pleasant to see growth in Russell as he takes on initiative and works unsupervised. The Client has provided a couple of positive feedback notes with regard to Nilsen’s conduct in a completed teaching institution:
“I would like to provide some feedback to you. Russell is a pleasant change to some of the contractors we see through this place. Apart from always being very polite he has always shown a genuine interest to find solutions for the customer, even if it is to ask on the progress and point them in the right direction. You’ve got a good egg there.”

The project has recently been handed over to Nilsen NSW Engineering with future growth guaranteed. It is a success Nilsen NSW Contracting intends to model on other projects going into the future.
