Full Range of Services

Economic justification for preventative transformer maintenance as opposed to the 'run till failure occurs' idea is not difficult to prove. One only has to contemplate the potential for consequential loss of an unplanned interruption to supply, to make a good case for well-planned preventative maintenance. Unplanned outages can cause loss of production for a frustratingly extensive duration because of factors such as long lead times for replacement parts and/or unavailability of maintenance personnel at the critical moment. Nilsen Engineering Services provides a broad selection of programs designed to extend the economical life of transformers.
