One40william is also built over a CBD train station which links directly from the underground link into a major retail mall and commercial precinct.
Nilsen currently hold a TEGG Maintenance Contract for the precinct and are responsible for the maintenance of power, lighting, security and access control, data, communications, electrical fit outs and all ad hoc electrical requirements.
The 3 year maintenance contract has been renewed for an additional year with Nilsen now in the 3rd year of 4 years of contract. The annual servicing, inspection and testing of HV/LV systems includes infrared, thermal imaging and ultrasonics.
