Broad engaged Nilsen to deliver the electrical and Comms package as part of the fit out project and is proposed to accommodate a minimum 1,000 staff across the 19,500 sqm of floor space. The electrical package consisted of general lighting, feature lighting and lighting control system, floor boxes mounted with a new raised floor via underfloor bus bar, mobile das system, two main engineering rooms and a satellite engineering room on every other level including fire suppression & UPS systems. A Cat6 and fibre optics communications system was delivered across the project and security & door access including speed stiles to control pedestrian access through the building.
