Harnessed from above and with no handrails, the more adventurous can push their senses to the limit and dare to look down over the edge. The eastern attraction comprises a new gantry section with a 14-seat platform for patrons to experience events from above, and the larger western attraction boasts both city and stadium views. The western section is suitable to hold 50 patrons, with a lift for universal access. Harnessed from above, those daring enough are invited to participate in the exhilarating new rooftop attraction and lean out over a rail-less platform or abseil from the platform down to the grass below.
The System compromises of addressing 227 Philips Unibar DMX512 fittings and 300mm and 1000mm lengths to achieve the circular installation. Ethernet DMX Artnet nodes were installed to handle the amount of DMX addresses required to achieve smooth chases and customized shows to the client’s requirements, this also eliminated additional cabling required by Nilsen WA and an overall easier installation. All shows were commissioned using the Pharos LPC controller range and Artnet nodes were integrated to communicate to the controller. The system was pixel mapped to trigger custom timelines, scenes and lighting effects using the latest Pharos designer software.
