Kings Square Three is the third tower in the project and will feature 9,185sqm of commercial office and retail space over nine levels. It will be a hub – taking the idea of the working environment into the next generation with features such as full end-of-trip facilities with 74 bike racks, 96 lockers and 14 showers; 17 car parks; food and beverage outlets; childcare facilities and gym.
Probuild Construction engaged Nilsen for the design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of the electrical services including LV power supply system, temporary power, generators, lighting control systems, emergency lighting, security systems including CCTV and door access system, MATV, and fire systems.
The tower is targeting a 5 Star NABERS Energy Rating.
