On ‘The Towers’ and ‘The Ritz Carlton Hotel’ we have been fortunate to work with Probuild Australia on the Electrical Design and Construct which comprised of a 204 room Hotel and 379 residential apartments in two towers adjacent to the Bell Tower in Perth City.

Commencing design from June 2017 to handing over the Project in December 2019, NWA completed the project within timeframes for electrical scope and within budget, with substantial growth during the project to additional design for AV, Fire, Data/Comms, lighting control and lighting requirements throughout the hotel and apartments.
