The completed building comprises of 25,000m2 of NLA office space over levels 3 to 19. The building also has a state of the art lobby with additional tenancies on ground floor of the main tower and three tenancies within the Telephone Exchange building which also houses the End of Trip Area basement.
BHP and AGD are the two main tenants which the Charter Hall owned building. Nilsen undertook the communication works along with the electrical to the requirements of each tenant which ranged from multiple fibre incoming leads via diverse path ways. Nilsen also received 20 year communication warranty on all tenants and base build data works.
Nilsen also successfully undertook EV charging, security access, CCTV, car park management, 100kW solar system, EMS metering, Datacom building integration, building and tenant UPS systems, Digital cellular Antenna System, MATV, tenant and base Build Generator systems to name a few of the many integration systems Nilsen brought together.
